Community as a processes
The Legacy | Bucharest is not an Intentional Community project in the sense of people committing to put all their work and energy in designing living systems, making projects, sitting in circles and dealing with personal growth, conflicts and decisions of all sorts.
The House is a community of practice where all members commit together to a basic routine of processes for coherence and connection.
Working together as a Community
At the House, applies practices of self management. This is not a destination, it is a way of being together. Being part of the House community is about personal growth, social innovation and connection and this means leaving behind models of passive consumption and expecting others to make things right.
Afterall The Legacy | Bucharest is a project that we all contribute to. All members will share a minimum of one hour per week working together in co-created projects or doing things like gardening, making improvements of the space, composting, cooking and welcoming new people.
Peer mentoring
As members we commit regularly to peer mentoring and coaching for personal evolution using deep listening and sharing, creative inquiry, Possibilities Management; Feedback and Coaching and Completion Loops. Every member will give and receive support on their journey as changemaker by joining forces in groups of three caring for and empowering each other.
